Kuki’s Deluxe Party Package – $425

space rental + children’s entertainment

-2 hours private use of downstairs play space
-up to 15 children
-private use of the art studio (for art activity or food setup)
-1 hour of children’s entertainment including Kuki’s Storytime Puppet Show, Music & Dance time, Magic Show, & Balloon Puppies
-1 hour of Caricature Station and 1/2 hour of Tableside Puppets
-free 1 time open play pass for each child guest
-free 1 month open play pass for birthday child & Kuki, the Gingerbread Baby fingerpuppet

Party Room Rental – $150/hour

This package allows you to have a private area for food setup, gifts, etc. and also unlimited play time downstairs during our public open play hours. The package includes:

-hourly rental for upstairs party playroom – may be used for food setup or private play space
-up to 15 children
-unlimited* one-day open play in the downstairs public areas
-unlimited* art room use

*depending on open play/art studio hours for the day. Please confirm time with staff as other special events or classes may affect schedules.

Time Extension – $50 per half hour additional

Character Meet & Greet – $15 per 1/2 hour
Currently Available characters: Mad Hatter, Fairy, Fairy Princess, Snow White, Pink Princess, Blue Princess, Cat in the Hat, Santa Claus, Elf

Puppet Led Activities – $5/child
Includes a variety of activities such as storytime, music & dance, interactive tableside puppets, magic show, and balloon puppies!

Caricature Station – $50/hour or $10/portrait
Let your guests bring home a special custom favor from your event! Portraits are drawn on 8.5×11 sheets of white paper for your guests’ convenience! Caricatures may be based on a custom theme or whatever your guests like! Caricatures can be made for children, adults, and/or families.

Art Time Souvineer Apparel – $3/child graphic t-shirt or bib
cotton apparel for decorating or to use as smocks during art activity – handwash only

Outdoor Bubbles Welcome Station – $30
Available for private parties only.
Includes 1/2 hour use of bubble machine during your first scheduled 1/2 hour, nets for bubble catching, large bubble wands, water play table, & 10×10 canopy to provide some extra shade for your guests. Outdoor activity

Deposits & Payment
-A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the party date and time.
-The remaining balance of your birthday party must be paid-in-full by the end of your event. Payment must be made by cash, check or credit/debit card.

Event Duration
-The party rooms are only accessible for the scheduled two hours (unless arrangements have been made for additional paid hours), not two hours from the time of your arrival.
-We give you 30 minutes free before your party is scheduled to allow time for check in, any extra setup you’d like to do, and extra flexibility for guest arrival times. When you arrive, please check in at our front desk.

Catering/Food
-Kuki’s Playshop offers catered food (see catering in additional options section above). However, you may also bring food with you or have an outside vendor cater your event. All food, extra decorations, equipment, etc. must be preapproved by Kuki’s Playshop before the date of your event and removed from Kuki’s Playshop at the end of your event.

Event Staffing
-2 party assistants will be assigned to your party. They will lead any activities that are included in your birthday package. They will assist you with any questions/concerns that may arise. The assistants will help you set up before the party, clean up throughout and after the party. Please let us know of any additional special instructions before your party starts.

Guest Capacity
-For your party’s convenience and comfort, we strongly recommend birthday parties at Kuki’s Playshop to not exceed 15 children guests and 30 adult guests maximum, unless otherwise pre-arranged with our event coordinator for special cases. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please do not leave children unattended.
